Why would he leave his Alma Mater for a lateral position?

Better hope he’s not lured away because Surtain is gone. Of course, we can pray to bring back Mr Cooper! TAMU is gonna kill it if he stays with Fisher. Kill it.

They notoriously under pay assistants. Are they offering more than he makes at LSU.

What is it with Willie Taggart going after our coaches. Didn't he go after Dameyune Craig when he was here? Dude needs to stay away from LSU.

Are we talking about the same FSU that Jimbo left because he couldn't get money for assistants and upgrades to buildings?

One of the reason we hired O was because he pitched he would take a lower salary to hire top assistants and pay top dollar for their services. Well now is the time to prove that.

He got a raise last year because the same coach now at FS wanted him to be a DC.

I don’t see Raymond leaving unless he gets a DC opportunity

Not surprising. Taggart’s job is to hire great assistants. I don’t blame Willie. Raymond would be one of my first calls too. All he can do is say no thanks. It’s a business.
