You do realize that Fournette is the fastest guy on the team don't you? He runs a 4.43 forty. He can do the same thing against SEC opponents. He doesn't look like he can run that fast and that is what I like most about him.... deception.

Yeah, but we weren't playing an SEC team last night. You take what the other team is giving you and he took what was given. You attack the weakness, whatever it may be.

I agree LF is our best RB. However, the separation isn't as large as many think. With our blocking woes none of them have had too many moments to shine. After these next two road games it will be interesting to see where they stack up. I expect LF will lead the team in carries going forward and hopefully with some help show everybody his abilities.

Fournette is one of those backs who needs a lot of carries. The reason is because he has the ability to bust a really long run at any moment, but he is less likely if he's only getting 11 carries a night.

Dude needs at least 20 carries a game.

I'll repeat that if he doesn't learn how to run with his feet wider and his knees higher when in traffic then he won't be the phenom that he is expected to be.

He has everything else needed to be that guy.

Gurley disagrees with your dumbass.

All you arse clowns are going to say he's adjusting. Fact is that he has been our best runner all year. Last night it took a Hilliard fumble to finally give Fournette several carries in a row.

He's been the best all season long.

Agreed

Hilliard and Magee are being out performed by Fournette and Williams

Williams looks better in limited carries. He runs harder

There have been plays the reminded me of a damned bowling ball going through a bunch of pins. The guy's going to be good. Between him and LF, we are going to have one hell of a 1-2 punch in the backfield.

I do think LF is improving, and is going to be special. However, DW looks REALLY REALLY good in his limited carries. This will be an elite two headed monster, the thrown in BH running ability = multiple championships!

We got 4th and 1 I'd rather he run it than LF...otherwise, I want LF to get 20-22 touches a game.

more touches he gets the more beast he will be.

gurley had 28 touches yesterday... if fournette got that yesterday he would have had 200 easy

He's really progressed well. He looks like he's ready to come on like Hill did midseason in 2012.

LF looked great last night, especially on those plays where he bounced to the opposite side of the field. But he still seems to go down pretty easily, doesn't break tackles like I thought he would, and always seems to be caught by that last guy. He'll be a great one, but I'd be surprised if he is mentioned in the same breath as Herschel or Bo. But I hope I'm wrong. He does look like a man amongst boys often, but they still bring him down. But I'm still a huge LF fan.

From just running into the line against Wisconsin to finally beginning to look comfortable last night. He keeps looking better every game.

I'm still cautiously optimistic, but haven't been overly impressed.

Yes, he looked good vs Sam Houston St. and NM State, but in 2 games vs legit power 5 conference teams he has been much less than impressive.

D. Williams looked much better than LF vs Miss ST.

Hopefully he can have his real breakout next week.

I think if BH starts and spreads the defense, we can really see what LF can do.
