Maybe 20 pounds. Get faster, quicker. More stamina. Just my thoughts. More momentum. I may be wrong.

But his is a different story. Many millions at stake. He recently got beat out for starting back. He really needs to think about being the best he can be. Get back the speed and quickness that he had at LSU. Speed creates momentum. Get it back. Lose weight

He’s gained too much weight. He’s lost his speed and moves. He’s become a power back. He needs that elusiveness.

He's not that young anymore dude. He's getting old for a RB.

He's been injured this year, and is still on pace for 1100 total yards. The Bucs OL is complete dogshit too.

He’s looked stiff all year to me and I heard him say he’ll get up to 260 during the off-season. Def needs to take his training/diet more seriously if he wants to continue playing for a while

He takes it very seriously but focuses on power lifting and getting stronger. I know his trainer. I agree he may need to do more HIIT to cut a little more in the offseason

The average career for an NFL running back is 2.5 years. He’s playing with house money at this point.

He’ll be motivated if he has a reason to be. It’s not money for him.

2017 Lenny houses that swing pass. This Jerome Bettie-shaped version Lenny just gets a long gain.
