4 guys with a few years in the program being ruled ineligible on things that were able to be appealed seems like there was some bad advice given somewhere.

Why is it more embarrassing for Tyler than the others?

You'd hope a guy about to be a 5th year senior, who knows he's not getting drafted, wouldn't be dicking around in the classroom.

Not really a compliance issue

then what do you call it? with all of the academic resources available to the LSU football team team, there is NO reason why they should become academically ineligible. Im not saying they should have a 3.5 or higher, but there is absolutely no excuse for failing. these guys could get round the clock tutoring if they wanted to. If they fail, its because they didn't take advantage of what was made readily available to them.

An academic issue. I'd say their issue is more likely with some teacher, tutor, or counselor than with Bo Bahnsen.

So, we have lost 6 players so far that started Fall camp in August and 3 recruits who id not qualify? Does that mean that we just have 76 scholarship players available? And, we've been playing over 60 players each game. Interesting.

One wonders why Jeremy Hill and Terrance Magee haven't played, except for the fact that we are stacked at RB.

Amazing at how talented and deep we are with all of this going on.

Chris Faulk and Tyrann Mathieu are obviously the biggest losses.

then get it so football players dont schedule them. if the frat stars and sorostitutes can figure it out, then surely the academic advisors at the cox center can get it straightened out.

Every team has these issues. This is where depth is important.

This would be significant for a miss state or Arkansas.

i dont know if you are familiar with the cox center for student athletes, but the football team is not treated like normal students. they have teams of tutors designated to teach only them. i dated one while i was in college during the saban years. trust me when I say, there is no reason for these guys to fail. if they fail then they just dont care. if the dont care, then that is a compliance issue.

Makes you wonder who has access and privy to confidential information.

Because this shouldn't happen. And why did it take so long?

What's compliance supposed to do if a player doesn't care about class?
