two that come to my mind are Ej Kuale and Amp Hill.

Ej reminded me of Ray Lewis and Amp Hill could've been better than Dwayne Bowe.

I remember seeing him at practice and he was noticeably the best athlete on the field.

Fine, I'll say it. Russell "Slash" Shepard. If you saw his vision and speed against North Carolina you would be pondered why he didn't get more touches.
