The Steelers might sign him as a free agent CB. This is a great news for the young man because he never quit on his dream to play in the NFL after sustaining an awful neck injury while in H.S. before signing with LSU.

Watched him abuse Chris Hawkins in flag football while Chris was with the Titans. He held Chris to one catch for like 5 yards and burned him on go routes like 6 times. Incredible athlete. And yes I know there is a huge difference in flag and real football.

I'm sure you could recognize the athleticism even in flag, that's awesome

Chip is a great guy.. I would love to see him accomplish his life long goal of playing in the NFL. It would make for a remarkable climax to his already incredible "beat-the-odds" story.

I was with Chip last night, he's in town for his tryout with the Saints this week he's been traveling and talking to several teams. He says it's ultimately up to which place is the best situation for him and of course contract and money. Real humble dude with a good head on his shoulders.

I used to play flag football with him while we were in school together. Amazing speed and shiftiness; just an incredible athlete. I hope he makes it. He is a great guy and I wish him all the luck in the world.

Chip and I were talking about that last night. There was him and another nfl guy out there who was with the Eagles for a while and Chip was a lot better than these guys just in athletic skills alone.

Wow. Its incredible that the guy even stepped on a football field again. And now he's worked his way into having a shot at the NFL?

That's awesome. Go DBreaux!

Former LSU recruit who injured his neck during his senior year in HS. The injury was bad enough that he had to quit football. LSU honored his scholarship offer and he came to LSU anyways, becoming a flag football and tigerdroppings legend.

He has a brother, Lionel Breaux, who played for Ole Miss. We signed the better of the two brothers, although Lionel was pretty good, too.
