That’s great and all until Gilbert comes out and says he never said that to Orgeron and Orgeron was putting words in his mouth

Finally, this is what we need. Now we need former players to step in and talk to this group about pride and LSU and all that good shite.

Seeing interest from former players makes me feel a smidge better.

I guess in the past, players would act out by sending out a dramatic, frustrated tweet, delete it later, and then claim their account was hacked. Now kids have an option to quit mid season and they're doing it left and right. Really is unbelievable.

Good former players need to call out this group.

Thats one way to build culture. These young guys on the team need to know what it takes to succeed on the field and in life.

How would a real coach have handled it?
He is a young kid who has been coddled all his sports life.

This team is soft. A bunch of pussies getting beat up by men.

obviously that's a cover story for "he doesn't want to be here".

Exactly. Sounds like a transfer portal announcement may be coming soon.

Simple answer, say "no comment. We are handling in in house. Next question".

You think Saban would say shite like, "his body is hurting, we will see". fricking joke. If he doesn't want to finish out the year.. bye!

This is going to hurt his draft status one day , assuming he gets drafted

I’m glad to see former players speak up and call him out!
For sure. This is definitely a new generation thing. I do expect Ryan Clark to call someone racist at some point.

I think it’s funny that people are quick to say O is putting words in the kids mouth when they have just as much proof either way.

A lot of former players have criticized this team for being soft as shite even before this Gilbert news.

Brandon Taylor went off on this a few weeks ago. Said they are all soft and entitled, and it comes from the top. His words, not mine.

Good!

LSU needs more players calling out this team!

They are soft and thought merely wearing the jersey was enough. It’s an indictment on young players mentality and a huge indictment on veteran players not leading!

Soft.

Ron Rivera has cancer and hasn’t missed a game.
