Meaning we have been barely winning games that we should have blown them out. Do you I like that we lost to teams like Troy, heck no but I’m not gonna abandon ship. Will the team get better, only we as a true fan can hope so. Whether it’s a new coach and AD or not I’m still gonna cheer for the players.

This team should contend for a National Championship in 2 years with all the experience theses young guys are getting.

Me too. But I'm not going make excuses and buy in the "we don't have talent narrative."

Yeh cause he suspended a ton of guys to start the season

I have a feeling Les gave several people free passes and chances. O just said gtfo if you dont want to be here.

Well we beat Syracuse and lost to Troy b/c we wanted to get a freshman qb meaningful snaps. That's about the only thing I disagree with so far.

We do every year. If you are referring to FL, the last time we beat them handily was 2011.

This is ridiculous. So he inherited talent. He also inherited a team with some HUGE holes.

And yes, we are a successful program. It was, and could still be, heading in the crapper.

IF they continue to play with heart like they did today, and the coaches call games like they did today, I will support them.

Can we just shut the frick up and go game by game here?

I swear most posters here love the drama more than the game

Troy has huge holes. Miss state has huge holes. Meddling in the offense was hole that O created himself. Qb rotation was another

This team will get better when the errors of the past few years are corrected. That starts with Alleva being fired and a competent AD hired. Then O, Grimes and a couple more.

No I dont think that's why he got fired. Not by the definition of "competitive"

You working on the Troy list? Better yet, CHECK 247, and look at the recruitment of their tip 10 recruits.

Stop talking like bottom feeder fans.

We had a 61% win rate since getting embarrassed in the national championship game against bama. To think that we have been that successful in recent history is embellishing some. We haven't "competed for championships" since that game. Time to refocus our purple and gold goggles. I do believe that we have established coordinators who were top ten in their field before coming to LSU. If we aren't competing again in two years, I will jump off the bandwagon, but until then.

List out th top 10 most talented players on this team

no particular order;

Derrius Guice
Arden Key
DJ Chark
Rashard Lawrence
Devin White
Christian LaCouture
Will Clapp
Donte Jackson
Kevin Tolliver
Darrel Williams
Andraez "Greedy" Williams

There's 11 guys, of which only 2 are soph or RS freshmen, that I expect to make at least a practice squad, if not an NFL roster.

Some are marginal, some might start as rookies. Guys like Paris and Divinity have chances, too. This isn't a barren team.
