Jimbo wouldn't be an upgrade. FSU is on another planet for recruiting. Y'all think he would be able to do what Les does? He also has to prove to me they can win that shitty conference and play for a bcs title. All things Les has done in the hardest division in football.

So Les said at half-time we need to get back to LSU football. Therefore does LSU football mean predictable, easy to game-plan and out of date football?...James Franklin

People were always pissed at Fisher when he was here. Plus with the exception of this year he always has one disappointing loss each season. Tiger fans would want him gone by year two. We have become spoiled. It will turn out like Nebraska having a new coach every 3-4 years and never building a program. Then the program will really sink. I hate to say it but our fans are lead by a bunch of idiots that don't understand how the game works. They don't understand when you lose a ton of talent in one years draft, they think every game will be won, and there is just no sense of reality. If I were a big name coach I would not touch LSU. No matter how many SEC titles you get to, no matter how many BCS titles you get to, it's never enough. There is only like 4-5 coaches I believe that have been to multiple BCS title games and we have one of them right now.

Miles fields a top team each year. One or 2 losses, smash mouth football, lots of NFL picks. He needs to stay. The fans are spoiled by their team's success. Plus the players like to play for Les. He uses a lot of players at RB, D-line, etc.

A loss or 2 & everyone wants a coach fired. We are simply expecting too much. We all want a perfect season. However, it is time to realize other teams are capable of winning. The teams are more equal in today's football

You don't know much about Gruden do you.

He has a reputation as a workaholic. He has got the fire. You don't think he can recruit for LSU? You don't think recruits as well as the fan base would be united in their enthusiasm? Oh and he won at the highest level including at Oakland.

Probably won't happen but I would take Gruden in a second.

agreed, i was going to respond but i just chuckled at his post which spoke volumes. guy won a super bowl. We would have a pro style O and D.

I'll Keep Les Under 1 Condition, Don't Tell Him When The Game Is, Let Him Recruit And Speak To The Press.

So I think I know you, and to answer your question I'd go with gruden. However, yesterday I didn't say I want miles gone nor do I necessarily think be should be or will be. I do think this is a fireable offense though, and warrants a sit down with Mr. Joe. There are many examples that should be cited as cause for firing due to lack of management in games, the locker room, and what carries over from that off campus. We did agree though that the majority of our failures and especially this one are on the players. I think maybe what we need is more of a game management coach and it would take a coach with balls to admit it. Could even be on staff already. ensmingwr is pretty literate in football correct? Anyway, I have no experience with but I imagine it is frustrating as a coach after 3 hours of these decisions and terrible play, to continue to make the best decision every time. But maybe letting others involved in the program take more responsibility in overall game management could be a good thing. Good day coach.

Kingsbury, Fisher (would come with Pruitt), Strong, Muschamp, Mora Jr. want more? all have legit interest in the job.

Briles would come but him having an elite DC is a requirement for his consideration.

OP your point is going to get blown up
