1. WTF is Foster Moreau (84) doing?! The dude literally comes off the snap and runs up the field without laying a block on anyone. What a joke.

I kind of think that Jeter (81) is the main problem on this one. It looks like Jeter just lowers his head and runs into Moreau's back, preventing him from executing the block. Jeter basically took Moreau out of the play at the point of attack and allowed the UW LB to run straight at LF7.

Your dumb arse argument that this is a predictable play call is because that is exactly what should be called.

I know you probably won't recognize this because you've seldom if ever seen it called at LSU, but there is this thing called a play-action pass.

Suffice to say they both performed miserably on the play, and are directly responsible for the failed conversion. This - as someone said already - despite the fact they're supposed to be our best two blocking TEs. SMFH.

For the record, LSU ran play action on 11 of 21 passes.

If after watching that replay you're upset about the call you just don't know what you're talking about. It was a good call; everything setup well; then either Jeter or Moreau screwed up. I think it was Moreau, but maybe not. Maybe Jeter was supposed to go around him into the hole.

If you were a coach, you'd be fired after your first game.

There's absolutely no threat of play action or bootleg.

It's the fact that we are not a threat to pass at all and everyone knows that.

Can you give examples of all these 4-1 situations where te offense is a huge threat to throw the ball?

Not really. Not every coach.

Also, most coaches would have punted on their side of the field only down 3-0

Yeah. I honestly have no fricking idea what he was doing there.

I mean, usually when someone messes up, you can at least tell what they thought they were accomplishing.

He blocked our friggin guy...... In the back

Sure. Jeter crapped his pants and the execution blew.

But, go back and look at it. Ignore the offense for a second. I want you to look at WISKY's alignment pre-snap.

Then, I want you to look at the first step the LBs take as well as the safety.

Let me tell you something. IDGAF who you have blocking. If a defense can do that without fear, you are in for a long fricking day.

They defended that play as if it was the ONLY play that could possibly come at them. And, they were right.

Honestly, if the TEs do their job, Fournette might have popped it and scored.

Your post comes across as if you like to bitch, but don't really know much about football.
