He was an otherwise bright spot on some dismal teams.

I played a high school basketball game against Todd when he was at Trafton. Easily the quickest player I ever "attempted" to play d on.

Heard a few myself from a couple of guys that played with him. The dude was different for sure.

could this guy play for this years LSU team?

Absolutely, I would say he was offensive version of Honey Badger. Not the biggest or fastest but he just found ways to make plays.

The FSU catch should be on there.

He looks just like HB7...just not as light.

LOL, older tiger fans. Yea, I guess if Todd Kinchen is old school you must be pretty young.

Yep, Todd was uniquely talented in high school and college.
I was fortunate to see some of his high school games at Trafton and most of his LSU games.
He was a blast to watch.

Todd was seriously legit. I'd take him over the Honey Badger returning punts.

Todd was a great athlete. He was the kind of player that could take it to the house at anytime. His brother Brian, also played in the NFL 10yrs. He was a great tiger. The kinchen's whole family is a class act and very involved with the fellowship of christian athlete.

Kinchen was a damned good football player.

I knew him and I'm still friends with his sister on FB.

I believe that his nephews were kickers for McNeese a few years back. I think their last names were Mercer.

Dude was an nfl player and a very exciting one at that.

None other than the father of a current player mentioned early in this thread...Odell Beckham.

I was at LSU from 90 - 94 so I don't have many good memories but Kinchen against A&M was as good as it gets. He was a spaz and ran like one. He was amazing.
