Is there a good chance to get autographs from the players if I get their early enough and go near the dug out?

Or since it's a 3-game block days will they not have enough time in between games?

Thanks in advance.

I hope this is for your kid and you have kid with you, so they can make it out to the kid so you can't sell it.

It's college baseball man. It's one thing if you're doing it with your kid but You'll be the laughing stock of the team if you're out there getting shite signed for yourself.

Yes, you can get players' autographs before and after the games. The players love doing this, but probably not starting 30 minutes before the game or during the game. Also, while the other (non-LSU) games are going on, the LSU players may be sitting in the stands watching those games (i.e., just killing time). Just be on the look out. I know that LSU players will gladly help you out prior to and after their games.

The beet time to get autographs at the Box is between LSU batting practice and infield practice before game or you can wait outside player gate and get almost everyone after the game.

May be a little harder in Houston with logistics and set up but should be able to get a few before game.

Don't have a kid. It's not for me, for my nephew.

And I'm pretty sure the players won't laugh at fans wanting their autograph.

Yes, go by the dugout before the game, they usually let you toss stuff to them.

Yes. Just get there early and remember, Minute Maid does some serious pre-game bag search and metal detection.

Team hotel is Hyatt Regency on Louisiana Street. You could probably catch them in the lobby before or after a game. There is also a luncheon at 11:30 on Saturday there. PM and Lange will speak. I expect the whole team will be there. $35/head but it may be too late to sign up.

Not Houston but at the sec tourney last year I had my 2 year old with me by the wall down the left field line and a bunch of players came over and signed his shirt. They were pretty good with interacting with fans, didn't even have to ask.

FYI, LSU is home team on Friday and Saturday and is in 1st base dugout. LSU is visitor on Sunday and is on 3rd base side.

Many times the teams sit in the stands between games.

One thing for sure, bring a coat, as there are no heaters in the place, closed roof or otherwise. It got cold last time.
