What increased my confidence was the logic. When rumblings began after the first two huge losses, a certain coach contacted LSU, and when LSU boosters found out who, they were ready to dish out $15 million to force Miles to retire. That was the info out there and it sounds very logical.
LSU Boosters weren't going to waste $15 to get rid of one of the winningest coaches in the SEC unless they already had an elite coach ready to sign on. They didn't get rich being stupid. ALL SEEMS LOGICAL, JIMBO WILL BE LSU'S COACH.
