Holy shite. Giving up 3 practices? That seems a little dumb when it's the perfect time to get guys like White and Thornton used to calling coverages and shifts.

Because he is giving them more days off for Christmas probably so everyone has the chance to leave and go home.

Well they are not practicing yet and if you figure out the days including travel times they might make the 15.

Yat let me ask you a question, cause you and I are cool I think:
If somehow it became news that we were going to use all 15 of our allowed practices, don't you think that we'd have the same number of jackasses (probably the same ones TBH) starting threads about how it doesn't matter how much we practice because of YAW YAW YAW binder this and binder that?
You don't think people would give O shite about not letting his players spend a little more time with their families for the holidays instead of prepping for a meaningless bowl game? (fwiw I don't think it's meaningless)
You don't think people would question LF and the rest of the draft eligible players practicing and risking injury because O is just a dumbass??
There's a very big double standard on this board and it always swings to the negative side

I mean, I guess so. Although I'm not sure many people would complain about using the full amount of practice days considering the state of the program right now.

So it seems a trivial thing to do some googling and see what other coaches are doing. A quick search tells me Auburn is only practicing 8 times before leaving for New Orleans and OU is using 10. I'm sure they will have a couple in NO, so there's 2 teams not using all 15. Maybe this isn't that uncommon?

It probably isn't. I'm just coming unglued at the moment.
