yeah we are golden...run game and d are dominant...passing was vanilla but effective...you saw on a few plays the slant and go which was quite effective...they will air it out in time

What's funny is we did it with barely any downfield passes. Mett could have easily had 300, and we could have easily had 60pts.

Our offensive line looked dominate in rush blocking. They looked terrible in pass protection. If they can get better every week, pick up some blitzes, we have a dominate offense all year

yeah pass protection was bad..the good news on the short passes is that the receivers are not having to catch balls at their feet..they can actually make plays after the catch...amazing

Im with you there Stout. Offense can surely improve and I believe that it will. Im a little worried about the secondary. We need to be able to hang man on man if were are going to blitz, but all in all I say vry positive.

I did notice improvement in pass protect in the second half though. Way less pressure on Mett after halftime.
