Basically said how embarrassing it is to have an AD get involve in a football program like this and went on to talk about how he has handled multiple situations at LSU. Couldn't believe they gave CEO that high of a buyout. Mostly just beating a dead horse at this point. Hopefully the team comes out this week at Fla and gets there shite together.

Finebaum was using his show to promote O for the job last year.

Pardon My Take briefly mentioned it yesterday or the day before as well. Word is getting out that Alleva is the real problem here.

I generally have no issue with the HC and AD meeting on a regular basis. One would hope it would not be X and O stuff. But it’s not a problem.

However the AD, HC and Coordinators? It’s ridiculous.

I still find it odd that he was able to get another AD job after his blunder at Duke with the Lacrosse team.

Now the same media that built O up last year are going to call for his head. Can't trust those assclowns.

I'm glad they are throwing Alleva into the mix with this.

Hopefully the powers that be start bringing some heat to his arse. When his feet are held to the fire he will probably squeal like the little bitch that he is, and bring F King down with him.

That would be a double win for LSU. Can't worry about Oregeron until the rest is fixed first.

Heard that too. Booger had a good point - just because you have a meeting with the AD and your assistants doesn't mean you have to make it public. Dude is just airing all the program's dirty laundry this week

What idiot thought it would be a good idea to hire Alleva after his botched handeling of the lacrosse scandal.

Finebaum is going to do whatever is best for Alabama. I mean think about it, if you are a gump, wouldn't you want LSU to hire Oeaux? Funny thing is Saban can't stand Paaaaawwwwwlllll either!

O is a bad head coach. Alleva put him there. They both gotta go.

Right I have no idea why he’d put that out there. Unless he thought that would send a good message of a unified front or something.....I really don’t think he’s much of a forward thinker, purely short term

The dude just isn't very smart. There is nothing to gain from revealing that meeting. Surprised Derek didn't prep him on that.

Yep! He's gonna bash LSU as much as he can on national TV in hopes of steering recruits away from LSU and toward Bammer.

What do you expect? He is a Tenn Alum and bleeds Crimson. I would be wanting O to get the job as well.

It's hard to do anything right when the team is this bad. All of the prepping in the world won't save O if they continue to play like this.

I’m not a fan of F King for the damage he’s done to LSU the university. Meddling in the athletic program just adds to my disdain.

All the media did was say how O deserved a chance. Now they laugh at us every chance they get and that's exactly why anyone concerned about "optics and PR" needs to shut the hell up at this point. LSU needs to do what's best for LSU in the long run whether the media thinks it's fair or not. The media doesn't care about LSU in case there's anyone who hasn't noticed.

Don’t you get it? The media built him up because they wanted material. They wanted to continue the narrative of “LSU and their goofy coach.”

They are thrilled about what is happening because it gives lazy journalists material. Why otherwise would a coach of an irrelevant team that just lost to Troy be getting a Gameday interview?

The narrative now is O, Alleva, and LSU are laughing stocks.

Unfortunately, that narrative is true.

And the national media are going to play it for all it is worth.
