This. I had to basically stop a fight between one of our fans and an TCU fan because our part time fan kept looking at the TCU guy and said "where is that number one defense?" It was just dumb shite. I apologized to the TCU guy for our part time fans.

It's crazy. I mean, get people from south Louisiana talking, and while they'll bitch about something, unless it's about LSU football, they're usually level headed and on point.

I have a couple I attend church with are nice folks otherwise but absolutely HATE LSU.
Their take on the game was that both our offense and defense looked like something they would see on a BREC playground. When I pointed out we had 450+ yards on the #20th ranked team in the country, they said "it doesn't matter!"

The most memorable episode that comes to my mind dates back to 2007. I was on the Superdome concourse at the end of the 07 National Championship game.
I had a "want to enjoy the thrill of victory" only to have my joy interrupted by a a classy 250 lb woman (double-fisting 16 oz Budweisers and looked like she just climbed out of a storm drain) who was approaching Ohio state fans Yelling/Singing acapella "Heyyyyyy..... Heyy Bay-bay. I wanna knowwww.... if yull be mah.......BITCH!!!

On LSU's drive when we were leading 13-3 , joe effen football next to me, leans over in my face, holds his thumb and forefinger about 1/4" apart and proclaims "If we don't score right here, Miles is THAT far from gettin his arse fired. We payin him too much for this shite."
He and his wife left with about 5 minutes left. He was so bad I ignored him most of the game or pointed at my ears and said I had hearing problems.
The ignorance is truly breath taking .

There was an a-hole bama fan in our section that got into it with an older guy. I first noticed him when he got back to his seat and was mouthing off at another guy. Before he sat down the old guy several rows up started in on him. Then bamaass starts signing with his fingers 21-0.
He was standing up with his back to the field yelling at everyone. Several guys were asking him to meet them on the concourse to discuss the bcsncg a little more.
He finally realized he could be in trouble and quit running his mouth.
I kept an eye on him, piss balloon at hand.

Many of our so called "fans" live to just go to the games,get drunk and stir shiite,if you ask then about the game,they don't remember anything or give you that "I have no clue look". I remember
tailgating before the Florida game back in '07 and two Florida fans walking by carrying an ice chest,a few LSU fans thought it would be funny to knock their ice chest out of their hands,we stood there in disbelief as they did and then talked trash to them afterwards,a couple of us went and helped them pick their beer and food that hit the asphalt,then invited them to come have a beer and something to eat with us,just to let them know that not all LSU fans are idiots like those.
