not saying the place is full, but I see the media doing that for football games as well...I see some games stay fairly well full to the end and then get home and hear someone mention that the announcers showed a small area of the stadium and say something like "well, the tiger faithful have headed for home"....

yes, their big-wigs (big$) get the whole section for the series. when coming in from out of town, they usually stay for a other games.
when they are eliminated, sro can sit in those seats.

game was supposed to start at 3 and then there was a 2.5 hour rain delay. some people have jobs. luckily for myself, the rain delay allowed me to catch most of the game when i got home from work, otherwise i would have missed the majority

what the heck were you seeing?.....I saw 10000 fans plus an extra 1000 standing in the "standing room only" section......for an official 2 hour and 15 min weather delay and an afternoon start on a friday against an unranked team this was an outstanding showing!......after seeing highlights of the florida regional while florida was playing in the prime time 7 pm first pitch they were lucky to have a quarter of the amount of fans we had without a rain delay and a prime time showing after everyone is off of work........I would say this and no doubt about it we have the best fans hands down it is not even a competition! So I don't know know where you were but you don't deserve to be on this board "The Mick"

I guess you were so damned anxious to complain that you didn't wait until the fans came back after the rain quit. Other schools would love to have LSU's
"Embarassing" turnout.
I swear some of you seem to love to try to complain about anything while LSU
is successful and winning. Fans like you should go pull for a team and athletic
department which makes you happy.
