Fact: What is good for LM's ego is not necessarily good for LSU.

Beckwith is starting because the TV analysts were calling him out on it. The same will happen to Harris.

Are you sure it isn't because he's eleventy times better than Welter?

It took half a season for Miles to admit to it. It can said that it went as far back as last year.

He was eleventy time better than Welter at the beginning of the season too. I dont think lightening struck and all of a sudden he knew how to play MLB. These are the frustrating facts that make Les so hard to support.

so Les coaches the defense? Are we all agreeing on this now? Damn Les is a fricking damn good coach, he coaches the offense and defense an has won 102 games calling both. I dont know one coach that could do that.

Are you suggesting Les couldnt tell Beckwith was better than Welter because he is only the head coach and not the D coord.? My wife knows next to nothing about football and she recognized this after the first two games. I bet if he told Chavis to start Beckwith, he would have been starting. So yes he does coach both the offense and the defense. It is his responsibility to know the best players are on the field. He relies on other coaches as well but ultimately he should know who the best players are.

Need to hurry up and get Miles out of here and get those TV analysts on the sidelines before some other team snaps them up.

He's actually such a terrible coach that LSU has to pay a million dollars a year for their offensive and defensive coordinators to keep shite together.

Its amazing how our fans attach Miles name to anything that sucks and anything good is done in spite of miles. Last year our offense was good and the story on the rant was he finally stopped meddling. Chavis is known to have complete control over the defense, yet its Miles that wouldnt take Welter out. Some of our "fans" will go to any lengths to put down Miles.

It's Ok that miles is a .500 level "corch" who cant even coach his specialty.

It's ok that Chief has made him special.

Chief would tell Les to GTFO. That is Chavis' defense, Les trusts him and let's him make the calls.

i'm so confused bc i thought since the defense is playing well now that miles had nothing to do with the defense.

No he isn't. If players are starting based on what TV analysts say, then we have major issues.
