Face the facts

As a whole TCU a better club than ours. In particular, we lacked quality pitching. Our middle relief is poor. Yes we have a very good team, but it is not championship material. Good luck to those players who are moving on; we went to two CWS with many of you guys.

Finally someone who knows a little baseball you can blame the coach all you want if you can't hit and you can't pitch ( relief) and make the routine plays how do you expect to win against good teams?

Yes, but, when I suggested this after the regional, I was universally pilloried for harboring such ridiculous negative thoughts.
Now that it's all over, it's suddenly insightful and astute to make these comments?
