a significant amount of time or even replace Lee as the QB. The guy has not taken one snap in practice since August.

I see chicken littles everywhere on this board freaking out due to his return. It's like you think Miles is dumb enough to start or play him in critical situations going into SEC play.

Personally, I see JJ being used like we used Perriloux in '07. No more.

I disagree. I see him and I also believe the coaches have to see him as a third stringer right now. He hasnt practiced or played in over a month and half.

You explain to me why JL was the starter last year after the Florida game.

Everyone is concerned because of the absolutely obnoxious leash that Jefferson had last year, and the fact that there wasn't even a true QB competition going on before the fight happened.

That, and people don't want to rock the boat on this pleasure cruise that is the 2011 LSU season so far.

After what we witnessed in 2010, it really wouldn't be surprising if JJ got a major role in SEC games later this year. Maybe not Kentucky, but possibly against Auburn, Ole Miss, etc.

I will admit using JJ as a wildcat QB with Shepard or Beckham running the jet sweep off of it could be a great wrinkle to use against Florida or Bama.

This is what will happen unless JJ himself asks for a redshirt in order to transfer out next year. JJ is good for the team gives another look for DCs gives a running threat in the redzone where passing lanes get congested. Also he will have a lot of experience in the event JL goes down. JL will get the start JJ will have a a package in the offense. BOTH will have improved qb mechanics due to Krags and will help the offense.

we have two of them. Ware and Ford

PA passing in the redzone>>>>the threat of a "running" QB

How many times have you posted this? Do you jerk off as you do it? Lee improved but of course JJ couldn't have, right????

This is what I've been saying since this whole mess started. I completely agree.

Seems like 8 out of 10 posts have this "the sky is falling" theme.

Why do you think JJ will play? And some even think he's going to start? Wake up.

You know, when you look at it closely, your original post really doesn't make a whole lot of sense, does it?

Gives us a running threat... Are you serious!!! pretty sure ware and ford are our running threats. No need to bring in JJ when we have only not scored one time in the redzone this year and that was a sure touchdown Randle dropped
