Ok I read it. Experience is great, but the publications are monothematic. Maybe he'll be fine, maybe he will want to bring CRT into how LSU is run. If he does, it will fail terribly and contribute to setting society backward about 100 years.

He starts by citing a fallacy to give himself a strawman, then goes on to say that advanced placement courses and related programs are exclusionary to black people because of their race. Of course, to a critical race theorist, this all goes back to some nebulous idea of systemic, inherent racism that isn't clearly defined, consistent from one academic to the next, or even provable. It just exists because they say it exists, and because it's something that only exists within the realm of CRT, is unable to be disproven.

He supports the concept of equity, as opposed to equality.
