I think we're just going to have to endure two more seasons of jennings and that's really all there is to it.

That kind of production, he could give up 2 picks a game and we'd still roll most of our schedule.

I'd rather see what Harris can do first...

I like this thought too. Harris will be a stud if he is treated like so. Give him the attention as if he will be our starter and you will see his confidence grow back to what it was in high school. Remember guys, harris is 18 years old and started against Auburn which I think was an unfair situation to him that only happened since Jennings wasn't doing well and the mob was screaming for Miles' throat if harris didn't get a shot. Imagine a different scenario of having a solid junior or senior QB right now that Harris could learn from and progress with time instead of being thrown to the wolves and by next year or his junior year, he would look prepared and ready to lead a team. And if you remember correctly, the reason he was given a shot to start against Auburn was because of his good play in the previous games...

I think this kid has it, we are just impatient at the moment.

This is just horse shite. No way he can be our guy moving forward. Even disregarding the horrible stats, he didn't even have the wins to support him.

BH had his shot and didn't rise to the occasion. Why are people acting like BH separated himself from AJ somehow?

JUCO QBs and transfers have worked out in their first year before. Not comparing this kid to Cam Newton or anything, but it's doable.

Well 4 years of JJ was horse shite and this season with AJ was horse shite, so yeah it would make sense that more horse shite is in our future, it's the Miles Way

Because he did. Using only Harris' worst performance(which is a dumb thing to do anyway), it still matches up with Jennings average production.

This would be a major upgrade over Jennings. Harris, im not sure.

A cardboard cut out of Everett Golston would be better than Jennings.

He separated himself pretty well against New Mexico State.

Cam Newton and Nick Marshall both came into a system with Malzhan that is very easy on its QBs. Bo Wallace did very well, but had 17 INTs.

I don't believe that Golston would be that guy for us with only 3 months to learn the offense, and I'm not sure of any other examples.

I'm all for this transfer. Will make great competition with Harris and could allow Harris to redshirt, which would give him a year to mature. Harris then would be the QB for the next 2-3 years.

People don't realize that his junior stats are eerily similar to Russell Wilson's at NCST.

Russell Wilson Jr NCST 308/526 (58.6%) 3563 yards (6.8 ypa) 28 TDs 14 ints
144 car (2.93 ypc) 422 yards 9 TDs

Russell Wilson Sr Wisconsin
225/309 (72.8%) 3175 yards (10.3 ypa) 33 TDs 4 ints
79 car (4.28 ypc) 338 yards 6 TDs

Everett Golson Jr ND
256/427 (60%) 3445 yards (8.1 ypa) 29 TDs 14 ints
114 car (2.48 ypc) 283 yards 8 TDs

Everett Golson Sr LSU
???
???

Please let this happen

It was the only performance when a defense actually gameplanned specifically for him.

You don't think there's a reason why the backup can often come in mid-game and look better than an ineffective starter?

If Jennings intends to be our starter, which we all know he is, then I would 100% accept Everett Golston with open arms. Best case scenario for us though would be if Les Miles has the brains to start Brandon Harris.
