It will never get that type of recognition simply because of the 1-and-done aspect in basketball making upsets frequent, thus more exciting, compared to double-elimination in baseball.
But, this is a huge step to making college baseball a legit TV sport again.

As much as I love March Madness, I would gladly pick baseball postseason over it.
I don't know what it is, but I get hyped for it even when LSU doesn't make it.

I enjoy watching college baseball, but when LSU lost last season. I was flat as frick. I didn't watch another game, because I was so disgusted.

me too. i watched the championship series just because i love the sport but I hadn't been that butt hurt in a while
