Was I the only one to see this air on ESPN or did i misread the storyline...I was at work at the time with the sound off in the bar, but I could have sworn thats what it said

I don't think anything has been confirmed. I just think that 'maybe' ESPN is predicting Hatch to get the opening start because of Jarrett Lee missing so many practices. Either way,

i think they said he is in the driver's seat since Lee has been missing out on practice

Either way we win the first three. All I care about is the guy behind center vs Auburn.

Hatch....

I guess the Harvard club football team is the

for LSU Quarterbacks...no film available....

I guess all of the rugby team players were too fricked up to play.

ESPN said Les was going to MI. I'll wait for the word from Les.

Just saw an interview with Les. He says they will continue to have the opportunity to compete on the field. Interesting statement. Sounds like Les doesn't know who'll be the designated starter. One may start "first", but maybe that doesn't necessarily mean he'll be THE starting QB. Les likes to keep folks guessing. OR, he might have heard what you heard on ESPN and wants to prove them idiots again.

hatch may get "the nod" but there is no doubt Lee will get his chance to prove himself in game scenarios this season

If Hatch is the starter he will be pulled by halftime...maybe after the first quarter

Hatch...

Really?

God I hope so.

Can I quote you on that? I agree he gets pulled by halftime but bc he is 13-15 with 175 yards and 4 TDS....i mean really...i think Josh Booty could throw to the WRs we have this year especially against your secondary

Hatch 13/15

You are RainMan retarded if you think that Hatch can have anywhere close to those stats.

He couldn't even make a terrible I-AA teams varsity roster...and now you expect a club level athlete to lead you....WOW

DUDE!!! Get your facts straight before you start all that crap! HE WAS A FRESHMEN AT HARVARD!!! All Freshmen are on the JV squad moron and the quaterback he played behind was very good! I may have been exaggerating with the stats but not by much...you shall see. Just relish your win against Michigan for the rest of your life!

I guess the 27 freshman on the 2008 harvard team, didn't get your memo.

LINK

ASU doesn't have a JV squad...but we do have a club football team...Hatch wouldn't sniff the starting QB role.

Freshman can't play on Harvard's varsity team. Peyton Manning could have committed to Harvard and would have still spent his freshman year on the JV. They don't make expections...unless of course you're John Parker Wilson and then they promote you to varsity towel boy right away.

where i got that from...you may be right about that but i stand by my earlier statements

I don't get all the hating on Hatch. I spend tons of time defending him in my drunken friend circles. Why do people want to see Lee so bad. Seriously... Hatch looked better in spring and has been getting more reps due to Lee being injured.

Hatch WILL BE the starter. Now, just pray he can ramain the starter for 2008 - because if he does, it means we must be winning.
