Yeah, the camera cut to the student section, the left hands were pumping; I thought "surely they're not gonna..."-
And then there was a perfectly timed lapse in the commentary and you heard it, plain as day!

That had the potential for being really embarrassing, but at least the students that were on camera at the time kept themselves in check.

I sit in section 102 near the bottom. I have not been able to hear STTDB during any playing of Neck this year.

I heard it plain as day on TV, but I figured it was coming. If I didn't know what they were actually saying, I probably wouldn't be able to make it out. Same for football games.

ESPN did get the memo. It was fairly obvious they cut the mic from the student section as soon as STTDB started. You heard the OOOHHHHHHHH OHHHHHHHH!!! Clear as day and then a very faint STTDB. They knew what they were doing.

They only got one chorus out before it was abruptly halted. We were close and it was garbled at best but you could still hear it!

don't really give a frick about neck but when the dumbass students ruin the traditional songs like Tiger Rag and songs the band has played for over 40 years they need to haul their stupid asses out of there.
