ESPN Bowl Projections...getting interesting. 11.11.08

After last year, LSU-Ohio State isn't happening. That's a terrible prediction.

On College Football Final the other night, Jesse Palmer and Robert Smith have TOSU vs Alabama in the Sugar Bowl.
How much they know, I am not sure.

I think a rematch with OSU would be fun and very competitive this year. Never know could happen.

I agree, this year would be much better than last year. I still wonder if Ohio State could still win this year. I hope for either LSU or Alabama.

I think that it is pretty safe to say that we are going to be in the Cotton Bowl. You have two scenarios that can play out.

If the SEC gets two teams in the BCS,
Alabama/Florida in BCS NC game and in the Sugar Bowl
UGA to the Capital One Bowl
LSU to the Cotton Bowl
USC to the Outback Bowl

If the SEC gets on team in the BCS
Alabama/Florida in the Sugar Bowl
Alabama/Florida in the Capital One Bowl
LSU in the Cotton Bowl
UGA in the Outback Bowl

I wish we could play in a Florida bowl - I hate those 11 am Cotton Bowl kickoffs. Ugh.

Is the Cotton Bowl still being looked at as becoming a full-time BCS Bowl with the new monstrosity of a stadium that idiot Jones has erected?

I'd love tOSU vs LSU or tOSU vs Bama.

FWIW, I think tOSU would beat LSU this year and that the Bama game could go either way.
... then again, it's bowl season so you never know.
