Any big time instate prospect that spurns lsu feels its necessary to justify their decision over and over. It simply shows immaturity. Did he really believe choosing Bama in S La would go over well. He's considered a sellout down there and everyone let him know. Regardless, who can blame him. who would you rather play for? a dufus or defensive genius and it was a big decision since its apparent that lsu sucks at safety and he's good. And frick Espn once again for their shitty arse journalism and stirring the pot. I hate Espn.

Agreed. He may well have had his reasons. Bama was a better fit for him, and he should have left it at that, but as you pointed out, his boasting showed immaturity. That's not something Nick Saban would approve of.
