We stayed there in 2009 and they had a pep rally on Saturday, I believe. It was fun, but the unofficial after party after they won the title was what was crazy. Have some good stories from there, Barrett's and Upstream that night.

Damn I wish I was there this year! Yáll have fun and

Why not stay at a Hilton and get the good stuff. The one on St. Charles in New Orleans has free beer/wine and real food in the evenings, that is, if you have access to the Executive Lounge.

Hilton is always my first choice, but sometimes the embassy is either much cheaper, or in a better location.

Also, not all Hiltons have free beer/wine in the exec lounge. Some have free self serve full bars with call liquor. Those are always a joy to find.

The one at the Rome airport has the best Executive Lounge I've used. Those Italians know their wine of course.

The Cavalieri Hilton in Rome has the best one that I've ever seen anywhere.

As for Omaha, I prefer that Embassy Suites. It's a perfect location and the team usually stays there. We just got lucky in 2009. It wasn't our first choice, but it was the only one that would let me use Hilton points. Didn't even realize it was the team hotel until we walked in and Chad Jones was standing there.

I was there! Good times. Upstream is my favorite place up there.

Idea.... Call Embassy Suites.
Yes, so many seemingly helpless LSU fans without common sense posting on here about anything and everything.

I like ( ) the ones that don't know how to read a map and ask for driving directions from Point A to Point B.

I think most of them are just looking to draw attention to themselves and really aren't that in need of help. Lots of "Look at Me's" on here.

Hey 14 year older Ranter, can one of you give me the best route from Baton Rouge to New Orleans? Should I take I-10 East directly into NOLA or is I-12 faster? I'm confused because I-12 intersects with I-55 in Hammond and then 55 goes south over Lake Maurepas where it intersects with I-10 in about 15 miles.

No wait, should I take 12 to 190 in Mandeville/Covington and then go south to the Causeway, which will take me directly into Metairie?

No wait, what about taking 12 to Slidell, then I-10 West southward across the Twin Spans into New Orleans East? I'm so confused. Help me please.

You typed all that for a point? Jesus that's as bad as what you are complaining about.
