So you don't know him. I figured. You want to knock on his head coaching track record, fine. Ole Miss certainly earned him those criticisms. But, he did a hell of a job while at the helm of USC and is one hell of a recruiter and position coach. As far as him being a "train wreck of a human", that just simply isn't the case. He's a man his players love playing for, he has charisma and people gravitate to him.
