It would be more about him wanting to leave. Any Head Coach worth a damn would keep him around. The people that are spamming "new coach = all new assistants" are retarded and don't know shite.

Again, it makes no sense to fire Miles now when we have the top recruiting class in the country, and are bringing back a team that will have a QB with a year's worth of starting experience and a host of seniors plus our standout sophomore class. It'll be Les's last best chance at winning an SECC/NC--and it is extremely unlikely that any new coach could come in and do the same all the while having to implement a new system, coaching staff, etc. If Les blows it in 2016 (and he probably will), fire him and tempt a good coach with the talent leftover. But this year is not the year to fire Les. We should at least take advantage of this staff of excellent recruiters that Miles has assembled...if for no more than one recruiting class.

We have no real direction right now, I would blame coach o, grimes,raymond, frank were to leave, or boosters,and Ad are jokes, most of our fans think everything is quick fix, and we seeing it's not, I don't know about yall but I'm nervous for our future and it has nothing to do with les, I think les is the one keeping the team togather, and people don't see that, not saying les is the answer but he is keeping the team first Attitude

The current staff may not want to be apart of this Alleva and the BOS shitshow they created in the last week and a half. You can't treat a stand up coach like this and it not have consequences.
Miles deserving to be fired or not, treating him like this is going to completely frick this up. Every coach will use this against LSU in recruiting and everything else they can use.
