Early Tailgate Question - Tennessee Game

I have a question for you rantards. My group attends an away game every year. We have decided to hit up the Tennessee game this year as we never have attended a game there. Does anyone have any information on tailgating? We are trying to make plans for the trip now. We are debating on if we want to bring some of the tailgating equipment with us. Any info on tailgate areas or any general info would be helpful. TIA

Find a parking pass or two for the parking deck in between Neyland and the River. Get there early and setup on the top deck.

Rent a pontoon boat, or two, and hijack the Vol Navy party. Supposedly they are welcoming to all boat parties, but you seem to rub people the wrong way and will probably start some type of war between the two fanbases....

Get parking passes for the G10 parking lot right next to the stadium - it's first come first serve so get there early and get a spot on the top level.

We are bringing our full tailgate setup. Same one we brought to Lambeau, and got written up in the Madison Journal newspaper. Gonna invade the Vol Navy. Maybe bring a few torpedoes with us....lol

We're doing Airbnb at a cabin in Gatlinburg and bringing the boats to meet with the alumni association to tailgate on the river.

no specific info to pass on but a buddy of mine is making return trip this year to Knoxville. He said they had a blast last time.

It's a dry campus, supposedly. They look the other way if you're drinking from a cup but you can't have a bar set up or anything
