Dwight McGlothern either hit a growth spurt or has lived in the gym this offseason.

I honestly thought it was Arik Gilbert at first. He’s easily 205 now. With our need at safety I hope they give him a shot.

Every now'n'then, i get slightly ridiculed for putting him at Safety on my garbage depth chart. I ain't mad

It was foretold on the RB that he may end up there.

TJ's velocity on his throws is Rodgers like.

I’m not 100% sure but I think he’s another guy that originally wanted to be a RB, similar to Devin White and to a certain degree Patrick Queen.

I agree and think that’s where he’ll spend some time this off-season. Jay Ward is a nickel, McGlothern could be a FS.

I think I remember hearing O say they’re looking to move a corner to safety. If the shoe fits I guess. Looks like it does

I’ve always thought McGlothern would be a very good player.

He really impressed me last year when he got snaps. Crazy long build but he can run too. He would be a really good free safety which would let Harris move to strong safety where I think he would be a much better fit.

Nothing else is. He can't read defenses or throw accurately or process information quickly and has feet of granite.

Dwight had a killer HS all star game. Pick six and total shutdown game.

I think he’s a safety. He simply is not fast enough for a corner.

He was originally a CB with very good soph film and a known name on the camp circuit leading to a high initial ranking.. Played WR Jr year and in camps he looked like a S trying to play CB causing many to get down on him. Sr year played both ways and was pretty dominant on both sides. Blew up in the all Star game. We gave him a commitable offer a couple of days before his announcement at the game.

I can't be the only one thinking he looks the same, right?

He can run, all right, just not as fast as the receivers he’s covering.

McGlothern is slow. I’ve never seen a CB at LSU who was that slow, and I’ve been watching since the 70’s.
