DT is a baller. Just a good football player that knows how to make plays. I would take him on my team any day.

Hopefully he lands with the right team. We've seen how good he can be when used properly. We also got a glimpse of him struggling with a DC just rolled him out there and wouldn't adjust to maximize his strengths. Thankfully, most NFL DCs are going to be a hell of a lot better than Steele. I don't even pretend to understand how he had a good year at Auburn this year, other than inheriting great D Line talent from Muschamp.

No matter what happens in his NFL career, my hat is off to DT for coming back very, very strong in his senior year, and being a great leader on this team.

Thomas is right up there with the best Tigers in how he's fought back from injury to be a leader and big defensive contributor - criticized for calling out Bama but backed it up with a huge game. Only got better from then on and remained a vocal leader in keeping the defense upbeat and physical. He will be missed - great Tiger! And he is a poor man's Honey Badger - if he'd had one more year, no doubt that he would earn more draft attention. Injuries shadowed his true value.
