Seems to not be a good cover corner he doesn't have any speed either seems to be thrown at the most out of all our cbs and usually a bad throw kind of bails him out a lot what are some things he's good at why is he a better option than Paris, Donte Jackson, etc?

No one can answer the last part for sure, but it looked like Donte got nickel reps later in the game. Thomas is definitely the weak link in the secondary and he'll be who Mills replaces without question.

First, hes mainly been in the nickel.

Second, The play he got burnt he was expecting safety help. It was a well designed play that fooled the safety.

Third, he has lost a step since his knee surgery last year but he seems to be playing his arse off for his team.

If somebody takes his spot in the future then thats fine, but there really isnt a big reason to call him out. When Mills makes it back things should shift around.

What the frick prince punctuation is your friend you type a run-on sentence with 56 words and you finally use a comma and a question mark at the very end?

When they showed the replay Jamal Adams saw the running back coming out of the back field on a swing route so he ran down to pick it up Dwayne was in man to man and got beat from the line I understood what Jamal was doing if the quarterback would've checked down to the running back it would've been a first down or a touchdown so I understood that he trusted Dwayne to stay with his guy

He got dusted in man to man. I don't think he will play much more, but he knows the defense very well and can blitz. Mills will lock this spot down, but we have seen more and more of Jackson and a little bit of Xavier Lewis. Next year, it may be Savion and Xavier there.

I don't think that was Adams' assignment on the play. Thomas was certainly shocked Adams wasn't there. When does a Free Safety lined up 20 yds from line of scrimmage have responsibility for the tailback lined up in the backfield. That is a LB assignment or SS. Adams' didn't play his assignment. Did anyone notice Steele switched and put Jefferson back at FS after that play. Not sure for how long, but for a few plays on the next possession.

As for Nickel Back, Mills can't get back soon enough. It was good seeing Jackson making some plays. Will only build upon that experience.

Really surprised Paris hasn't gotten a chance.
