Give him a chance. I remember when Fox Sports New Orleans started and David Wesley was really bad and nervous as the color guy next to Joel Meyers. He does an awesome job now.
If people were fired because they weren't good at their jobs when they start, then no one would have a job.

Ben McDonald was painful to listen to when he first started, and now he's pretty good. Not many people are naturals behind the microphone. Give him some time to gain experience.

I listened and felt he was very weak last night. Funny thing, He is actually improving as the game progresses. Will be interesting to see if he can get it.
