Don't let the emotion of a win change the reason we need a new coach

Emotion dictating decisions is how the end of the Golden Era occurred. A win against an average Florida team does little to change Orgeron's career 4-22 SEC record or his 1-14 SEC road record.
We are 8 days removed from losing to Troy and three weeks removed from an historic blow out by Mississippi State. Our recruiting is unacceptably down. We are unranked and nearing the meat of our schedule already with two unacceptable losses.
This is a new program. A win does not change a continued downward trajectory. As any stockbroker knows, a tanking company still will have a good day ok Wall St every now and then. Doesn't mean you buy the stock.

Then what the hell does? Some people on this board must live miserable lives if the things they look forward to is finding any and every reason to remind people of why they shouldn't be happy after a loss.
You're right that a win doesn't automatically fix everything, but the team clearly changed things and improved over the last week, is it painful for you to see people excited about LSU doing something right?

Florida is absolutely an average SEC team and an above average FCS team.
Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt and Missouri are all definitely worse.

Not average. This Florida team is bad. And they had ten plus players out and suspended, mostly starters- and their starting QB was out.
This was a good win because it was SEC, on the road in the Swamp, a bitter rivalry, and a good revenge game. But it comes with a big asterisk that all the sunshine pumpers are completely ignoring. Auburn will give us a good indication of where this team is. Alabama will prove beyond any doubt exactly where we are.
If this team goes into Tuscaloosa and hangs with the Tide, I'll be convinced right there and then that Alleva was a genius and fooled me. *I won't bother typing what I believe the chances of this are.

Florida is 3-1 in the SEC this season and the 4th best team in the league. You don't know what you're talking about.

they beat kentucky, vandy, & Tennessee, possibly the 3 worse teams in the sec
