No, nor should he. Cain did what all 3rd base LSU coached would do in that situation.

C'mon, now. Did they not have a scouting report on their CF?

LSU always runs on a basehit with 2 outs. That simple. Breaux should have scored there.

Nah. Will Davis would've made the right choices.

Agree. I am scratching my head with posters who would have held him and hoped Fraley would have delivered a clutch hit against a really good lefty. What's his average vs lefties? Under .250?

I thought that at first, but watching the replay, there was no way he was scoring there. He had no chance.

Isn't this like the second or third game we've lost where a runner was brought home who didn't have to come in? I don't think it's Cain, this is more like coaching strategy that always dictates the guy on third goes.

Lol. It was fielded in short center and their CF had already made 7 assists his year. It's obvious he's got a cannon. You don't test it with the top of your order up.

We got rid of Javi. Looks like wrong coach was let go. PM needs to be let go.

Fraley hitting .250 is much better odds than Breaux scoring there. Bad decision by a mile

I could tell he would be out just on tv but I guess sometimes you take chances. Looks bad when you get two thrown out at the plate in the same game though. Especially when you lose by 1.

Can't blame Cain. He's a green rookie coach in his first year.

We'll have to wait and hear from chandler Rome. Mainieri has a pawn.
