Does LSU have to give a home game back to South Carolina in the future?*

This is their home game. If we were to swap, we wouldn't be giving them gate revenue.

This is still officially a home game for South Carolina, so no. They'll be coming here in 2020 as planned.

we are doing this to help them out. why would we be responsible for them losing a home game?

Unless they change the SEC schedule for what ever reason then no. Otherwise, LSU would play both east division opponents on the road in 2020.
