Does LSU football have the best coaching staff in the nation?

Say what you want about Miles, but his ability to put together a coaching staff is amazing. Hearing this guy speak makes me wish we would have pulled the correct strings to get him to LSU last year.
It saddens me that we don't get to see Debo play under him, because I'm sure he would have done some amazing things. Hopefully Beckwith seizes the opportunity to play under him for one year.
The quote in his press conference that stuck out to me the most was the comment about not doing something because the book says this is the way we need to do it. Les Miles and Cam Cameron should learn from him and take that philosophy into the offense. It seems like he is going to take our best defensive players and make sure they get put into a position to dominate. I can't wait to see this defense on the field with our players talents maximized. Should be fun to watch.

I'm going to have to say Peveno since Peveto is on the staff.

I liked it when he said put our best players in position against their worst players and do it over and over again.

I think he knows this. That's why we run the ball 77% of the time.

To those saying no, who has the best staff?
I know Miles is frustrating, but he is among the best coaches in the nation. There is not many schools that wouldn't take him if they had an open coaching position. If he would learn to be more of a CEO type and let the offense run I think he would be a top 5 coach.
Cameron may not have shown signs of a top OC, but he has a solid history of being a good offensive mind. Some of this may have to do with Miles' stubbornness on offense.
I do agree that we need to find a different answer on special teams though. Maybe find a smaller role for Peveto, somewhere on the defensive side under the guidance of all those great minds.
Still, I am pleased with this staff though.

I don't think anybody would be pissed if we ran 77% of the time, as long as we figured out a way to not run a toss dive, with 1 wide out and into 10 in the box.
We certainly have the talent to make people pay for selling out to stop Fournette, but we haven't gotten the job done enough to force people to stop doing it. If this happens then Fournette would run wild against every single team we played.

If LSU runs the ball 77% of the time, no one is going to vacate the box, no matter how much you make them pay for it. That's just the fact. Balance and mix is how you stop people from keying on you.

The Kiffin/Pruitt combo for Bama is impressive

According to this board: Saban and any two random coordinators (or cardboard cutouts of coordinators).

Because LSU never scores on the toss dive even when the opponent is in a goal line defense with 10 in the box?

Right, so since it works on the goalline, where every defense in the world has 10 in the box, we should run it 5 times a drive to get us to the goal line right? That's what has worked so well for us all season.
I'm not talking about taking it out of the playbook completely. I'm talking about not running a goal line offense from our opponents 30 yard line 50% of the game.

Because the administration has to compensate for the buffoon in charge, they allow Miles to have highest asst coach payroll in college football.
