Omaha is exactly like a regional, then a super.

So playing Tulane is exactly like playing usm or tennessee? Lolollll

the sooner you pitch him, the sooner you can use him again in the tournament.

But for those who didn’t want him to pitch vs Tulane, the argument is similar.

Omaha is exactly like a regional

Might want to call it a night.

USM/Tennessee are equivalent to the worst team in the entire field of 64?

Dude, this is Omaha. Everybody's pretty good.

Absolutely not. Going 2-0 in our bracket is paramount. You also set Skenes up to come back earlier in Omaha the earlier he pitches.

That’s not what I said. I explained the logic. It’s a 4 team double elimination. Most people wanted to save Skenes to face the toughest opponent instead of the easiest. So it’s certainly not the same but the logic is similar. Do you save Skenes for the toughest opponent?

I wouldn’t. But it’s a fair question. People can’t seem to get past me as a poster to consider the question. It’s more of a reflection on y’all than me.

This is dumb. You’re not going to use him later in Omaha unless you make the champ series so playing in your first game or your second game in Omaha has no bearing on him pitching again in Omaha. He’s not pitching again until the following Saturday.

We may not have the luxury of pitching him more than once before the finals regardless due to the side of the bracket we are on and starting on Saturday.

I agree. Which is why I’d pitch him game 1. But it’s still a valid question and an interesting argument from a strategic standpoint.

Probably not a chance after the three dingers off of Floyd today.

We didn’t use Hurd this weekend. Does he have a start in him next week. Do you want him or Floyd vs Wake or Skenes?

These are the responses you get and deserve after your history. You can’t expect people to take you seriously. But sure, cry about people not responding to your “legit posts” lol

But we aren't playing a shitty team in Game one of the CWS.

Jay trusts Floyd and we still haven't lost a game he's started.

I’d probably rather Hurd than Floyd, but it has to be Skenes. We’re playing a damn good team regardless.
