Does Jacob Cutrera get drafted?

IMO he looks the part. Probably depends on combine. Not very instinctive and not great tackler.

ILB for a 3-4 i'd guess...he needs to be at least 245 lb

Cutrera playing for Chavis one year and Pevato 3 years = 6th round - Free Agent

Sucks for him. Riley and Coleman could have benefitted also. Sheppard should stay and get that 2nd year.

Cutrera did not blow this year. He isn't our best LB or anything, but he played pretty well in run support. He played very well against Alabama.
ETA: And yeah, I think he gets drafted late. He's about 6'3 240 now with decent enough speed. His "football" speed is his biggest problem IMO. I don't think his pursuit was nearly as good as the rest of our LBers this year.

he wasn't spectacular but was probably a slight upgrade at MLB over Beckwith. Should have good measurables. 5th round pick.

Hes got some skill set at speed rusher I think. Top end speed is above average. Might be a 4.6. Combine might be his best friend get him in about 4-5

I doubt it. Not enough exposure. He will get signed, but not drafted.

I think he will if he has the measurables. AH and DB had trouble because of combine not because of game film. I think combination of LSU,combine performance and a couple of good game films gets him there before 6.

I would say No. If Turner or Highsmith was not drafted, I don't see how Cutrera would be drafted.

Turner was fat and slow, and Highsmith was short. Cutrera has a great body for an NFL LB and is fast. I'd be pretty surprised if he's not drafted.

6th or 7th round, imho. I agree if his combine sucks then FA probably. I don't think his tackling sucked this year. Actually he was much improved over the past several years. I even remember several games when the announcers said his name a lot, and not negative stuff. He could use some work on the pass coverage. jmho
