What game were you watching they picked on Dontae all game. All he wants to do is talk shite, he doesn't play the ball ever, never turns his head, and because his head is never in the game decides to run into the kicker on a frickING 51 yard fg attempt. Dude is awful.

Exactly I see nothing but shite talking, his head is not into the game!

I could see him getting demoted
If he doesn't get his act together. He actually played like this last year.

Ok. He's so awful that the best DC and the best DB coach in the country are wrong and a bunch of dilshits in the rant know more than them. OK

And running into the kicker was a ST mistake that has absolutely nothing to do with his abilities at CB.

I still can't believe Vincent caught that.
Was the Number 3 INT this weekend in college football.

For all we know they're considering demoting him. Or maybe he still is the best option. But it's flat out obvious he's a liability out there. He's simply just not that good. He's not Erin Damond but he's certainly not living up to his potential.

Ok, evidently everyone

me and every defensive staff member at lsu.

who do you think knows more about the strengths and weaknesses of our players?

you
or
Dave aranda, O ,& Raymond.

the fact that you think you watch more film than our defensive staff is crazy

you have to realize that when a portion of the lsu posters on here make up their minds about something, facts are meaningless.

does Donte Jackson deserve to start?
Yes, now that he's improved his tackling, for sure.

Greedy, Delpit, and Vincent have all been impressive. They will get plenty of snaps.

DJ will be tasked with covering some of the best, and biggest, WRs the SEC has. His number 1 job will be to make the QB think "not open"; his break and speed are top notch. I don't think anyone on the team can shrink a window faster.

He will be tested though. There will be times when they will task their WR with out-manning him for the ball. In the past he's made bad decisions about playing the ball vs playing the WR and had a couple broken on him. If his decision making, with experience & coaching, in regards to that has improved we're talking a top-5 CB here. No way in hell he should be benched.

I'm all for bringing Greedy/Vincent along enough to use DJ in other aspects. But they aren't ready to go against some of these WRs play after play after play. Especially in jam roles.

No, it should be Greedy and Tolliver. Jackson is too small and gets beat at positioning while ball is in the air. He will never get position on an inside route.
