I watched the movie "Silver Linings Playbook" last weekend and obsessive behavior was one of the themes and it was sports related. It made me think of some of my "obsessive traits" following LSU. I have a few with one of them being if a game is decided on the last play, I have to listen on radio while I DVR the game. I used to follow the entire game that way.

Any others out there willing to share?

My Friend, La Pistola, sends out a text to everyone in our tailgate before 7 AM alerting us that "It's Gameday Bitches." Then I drink with Draconian Sanctions until I can't feel feelings.

A drink a 16oz. can of Guiness each quarter (they come in 4 packs). Whiskey at half time, and I hang up my LSU flag. During a big game, I'll pace around the coffee table constantly.

I wear the same shirt I have for the past 4 years on gamedays. It is the only time of the year I wear it.

I do not sit down.

I play Billy Cannon's return and 'Hey Fighting Tigers' minutes before the game when I'm at home. If I'm tailgating I don't have much of a choice.

I typically have a "shirt" too, but after the debacle on 1/9/12, you should consider changing yours.

Oh yeah, I too yell at the wife and make her miserable. She hates LSU football now, but frick her. I got games to win.

On the days when we play Bama, Florida and Arky I make gumbo and dirty rice while drinking Guinness king cans and listening to The Balfa Brothers. After it`s on the boil I play catch with the football on the driveway with the boy. Usually the guys show up about an hour before kickoff and we have some Crown Royal. At Halftime eat and drink...

No.

I actually wore a different shirt for that game. My ex-wife thought I should have a new shirt and convinced me to wear it. It went into the dumpster outside our apartment on the way back from the bar.

worn the same Kevin Faulk #3 replica for almost every game since 2000. It's disgusting. Can't hardly make out the number on the thing.

When possible, I normally like to eat something relative to the opponent. Granted, sometimes it doesn't work, but it's fun to try. Here is the plan for the upcoming season:

Opponent --- Mascot --- Planned Ritual
TCU --- Horned Frogs --- Frog Legs
UAB --- Blazers --- 420
Kent State --- Golden Flashes --- LSD
Auburn --- Tigers/Plainsmen/War Eagle --- Sampler Platter
Georgia --- Bulldogs --- Hot Dogs
Mississippi St. --- Bulldogs --- Hot Dogs (again)
Florida --- Gators --- Fried Alligator
Ole Miss --- Rebels (Rebel Bears?) --- Bearclaws
Furman --- Paladins (Knights) --- Turkey Leg at the Ren Fest
Alabama --- Crimson Tide --- Oral activities during that "special time" of the month
Texas A&M --- Aggies --- The dumbest animal I can find
Arkansas --- Razorbacks --- Pork Ribs
