Ponamsky came up with the idea of bringing back former players and opening up the program to those guys.

There is definitely a political angle that Coach O is playing in order to get the job. He's doing everything LSU fans hated about Miles the exact opposite. Getting former players involved, little things like Mike VI decals, etc. all play into it.

O is pushing all the right buttons. I mean the things he and Ensminger have done is like a complaint script from TD over the last few seasons. I can't imagine a football coach has time to tap into the perimeter......or is it common sense what they are doing with the gameplan?

As Desean Smith said post--USM in an interview ...its plays they have always practiced and run in practice . It's the same playbook. it's just now the HC is letting the OC do his job.
