I think you'll see they have the want to be better.

Much better on the d-line
Equal or better in secondary
Less good on scheming/strategy

All-in-all, better but with some WTF moments.

I was very skeptical at first but Steele has learned from some great coaches and has never had talent like this before as a DC. Bringing coach O in was like a shot of steroids to this defense.

We are gonna have some serious talent all over the field next year. I expect great things from our defense.

Depends on Tolliver and Paris IMO and of course our DL but I really believe our frnt seven will be much improved next year close to 2011 season. Our DE have some skills on 3rd down its going to be how we play the run on first and second down. hopefully we beef up the line a bit and play our bigger backers too. have to be quick but you also can't be pushed around and or need to get around those OL with their quickness and finesse. This is what baffled me, we have quick fast smaller guys but didn't use their strengths which is to get around the block and not let the guy swallow you up with positioning their body the right way. I think we will be much more sound and use our strengths now. Can't wait to see our DL next year but 2016 will be stupid.

Overall, about the same. Maybe a little better up front.

One thing it should be is consistent for the entire season. We could have "possibly" been playing for a national championship if defense that ended the season started same way. Just saying....

The coaching alone will make this defense better. They will be stronger and quicker than last year, and they are still a very young team.

I believe that the DT position will be much improved. Godchaux is primed for a big year...I think LaCouture will be better as well. Q Thomas will be a better player than people think. I think Q has a big year next year. Plus Travonte Valentine plugging up the middle. Then you gotta believe Coach O can get at least one out of the group of Bain, Herron, Gilmore, and Lealaimatafao to be a good player next year for us! If not more than one!! DE is the real question...I think Tashawn Bower will have a breakout year. I like DeOndre Clark a lot too! Hopefully Teuhema, Lewis Neal, and MJ Patterson can step up. I also think we get one of the top DE prospects in the country in Arden Key. Has the size and length of KeKe Mingo. Key would be a big time get.

I'm expecting a great defense next season.. DG Adams Beckwith & white should all be studs also Valentine & toliver could be studs too jus haven't seen them play yet .. Defensive end is the main positioning I'm worried about right now

The first year with new coaches is a learning experience. We saw this with the OL last year.

It is taking Jerremy Pruit some time to get The Georgia defense where he wants it.

I think the first four games may be a little rough and we get into tougher competition earlier this year. I think we may be able to be about as good as last year, but not significantly better.

Front 7 pressure is key, less than 30 sacks next season would be a failure.

Same, playing great until the last 2 minutes & then giving the game away to Bama! Seems to happen regularly.
