For football we should be fine. He will go with whoever he is told.
People say he makes bad hires here, but it's a different situation when you are an established football program... if they are comparing it to the basketball or lady's sports.

This hire is going to be above his paygrade. Which is a good thing and a bad thing. They should have let him do his job last year but w/e
