Should be remembered as one of the most pointless drills of all time.

i hope so, that shite was retarded, and everyone on here ate it up

Yeah I never understood that drill. Line up across from each other and ram into each other. Put that time into the film room or something idk.

I have always thought that it was ill-conceived. Your players should always be on the same team and the big cat created a divide of offense vs defense... I will not be upset to see it eliminated

The DB gauntlet drill is so much better

I'm just glad they cut back the practice time. Seems like everyone agrees that the excessive practices during the season wore the players down, especially toward the end of the season.

you can easily tell who has never played football by reading the responses in this thread

That big cat shite was dumb as frick. Problem most people here rubbed one out to the clips of the big car drill.

So when the offensive and defensive teams scrimmage against one another does that create a divide between the 2 teams? Should they only ever practice against dummies? Look, I didn't care for the BCD either and didn't understand the hype surrounding it but I don't think I'll ever hear a more ridiculous reason to not like it.

I didn't have an issue with the drill.
I also never got all that worked up about who "won" or "lost" the matchup.

Ding Dong probably saw it done at a PeeWee practice and fell in love with it

EXACTLY!! Crap like that is not even done in the high school ranks. It's only good to get someone severely hurt.

That time would've been better spent executing the toss dive.

You did not know offense & defense is always divided. Big cat is overrated though.
