I think so. From across the field, no question. Best position players in the conference.

yes, especially considering the level of competition we've played against.

Bama might be better but they haven't played competition good enough to prove it.

we have a fast swarming opportunistic D....

remains to be known if they are physicallly tough and can withstand brute force....

I think we are probably the best.

Bama has also not played as good of teams.

Duke and San Jose St. Are absolute shite.

I don't know if Penn St. Any good either.

UNC, Vandy, and Miss St. aren't studs, but are much more solid then the vast majority of the opponents that most teams have faced so early in the season.

Ours or Bama's. Both are outstanding.

I like our D, but you have to look at our opponents. The only big time offensive threat we have played so far (UNC) threw for over 400 yards against us. I like our D but you can't call it shut down yet. We need to play against big time SEC talent before we know how good this defense is. I do like the intensity so far from our D though.

It's right there. The only thing that worries me is a power back like Ingram. The tackling on backs haven't been stellar.

Devine coming to town certainly doesn't help.

They've played a true freshman QB and fricking DUKE.

That secondary hasn't been tested at all.

This D was flat out dominant tonight. Tackling was sharp. QB pressure was phenomenal that led to some dead ducks for our DBs. 5 picks. This D is outperforming my expectations big time, and the 2009 squad that had all those seniors.

yea i thought so

their QBs were shifty, but every pick they threw was thrown bc an LSU Defensive player was in their face or on their back

it was a lot of fun watching that defense tonight

much more entertaining than our offense
