Prospects usually jump from AA to the majors in the good organizations. AAA is for those that need work after being called up or older guys looking work there way back. His age and numbers mean he is in track and could be called up within the next two years.

He isn't even 22 years old yet.

His numbers are good and really he is in his 3rd full season since he was with LSU football all the way up until August of 2010. Teams hitting .241 off of him and he is averaging almost 9 strike outs per 9 innings. Plus and most importantly he has been healthy. I bet he is in the bigs by his 23rd birthday

He signed for Chump Change compared to Mingo's Contract in the NFL. If he had stayed and had a great College Career he could have got more money in the NFL. Kids that go to MLB from High School never make it to the MLB Level and most you never hear from them again.

What? I thought Lee was a QB recruit. No idea he was a 6'4 240lb rush DE/LB with 4.58 speed and a 37 inch vert.

Why is it the avi that's disgusting and offensive and not the cheerleader that actually performed the act?

Maybe it's his daughter.

Say what? Bryce Harper, for one among many, disagrees. And did you not read anything beyond his numbers? Lee is still considered one of the Dodgers TOP minor league pitching prospects and will eventually get a shot at the Majors.

You have to be enrolled as a full time student to start the clock. Summer school without football work outs doesn't start it unless LSU scholarship money was spent.

He is 21, and pitching really well in AA. He was the Dodgers top prospect coming into the year (at least according to fangraphs). Doubt he plays competitive football again.

All first rounders out of HS
Bryce Harper
Clayton Kershaw
Mike Trout
Gio Gonzalez
Jay Bruce
Jason Heyward
Adam Jones
Andrew McCutcheon
Justin Upton

And then there are guys like Drabek, Kozma, Jarrod Parker, Saltalamacchia, and a ton of others I can name.

AA is where the studs play now. AAA is for AAAA players, guys who bounce back and forth

Not to mention the major league team is 26-6 since June 22. What ever they are doing is working (finally) with their current roster.

First off he's 21 and he was in AA by 20 which is very rare. He has 8 wins and averaging a SO per inning. Will be in majors at 22. Yeah what a failure

He has consistently brought his ERA down while bring up his SO to BB ratio going up the food chain from single A to Double AA ball. Unless something crazy happens or he hurts his arm, looks like baseball is where he can make a living as opposed to football - IMO
